Anyone surprised here? Anyone? rather than get a normal job and live a normal life, gotta have the ONE career that seems to have a higher fatality rate than being in a war. Seriously, the industry REALLY needs to clean itself up because this story seems to repeat every week with another name in the headline. Why does society and media seem so tolerant of this? If this was any other industry there would be public outcry and media demands for answers....
